SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping of all BBB merchandise can take up to four weeks to arrive.  We pride ourselves on constantly bettering our business, and in doing so are trying to get shipping down to a one week turn around.  However, sometimes we are unable to process orders that quickly.  Please allow at least four weeks for your merchandise to arrive to you before contacting the Triple B Team for extra tracking information or a refund.

RETURN POLICY

In order for a refund to be processed for an order you have received, you will have to ship us back your product at your cost.  If you are requesting a refund for an order you have NOT received, please review our shipping and returns policy before proceeding. 

 

Once we receive your returned item, our team will review your request and inspect the item. We will send you an email to confirm that we’ve received your item and are processing your request. We’ll follow up with another email once the request has been processed to let you know if your return was approved.

If approved, the money will be refunded to your original method of payment within <two weeks>. All payment companies are different in the amount of time it takes to confirm a payment, so it will likely take a minimum of 3-5 business days for the refund to show up in your bank statement.

SUBSCRIPTION BOX CANCELLATION 

 

All subscription box purchases are sold as an automatic monthly subscription, when purchasing any of our subscription boxes you do so with the understanding that your credit or debit card will be charged each month until cancelled.  

 

To cancel the subscription, you MUST call our Customer Service number at 228-831-8082, or email us at Triplebstaff@gmail.com.
